Great end to end service. I recently had an excellent experience with Angela at Impressions and purchasing a sofa. I had a (self inflicted) sizing issue and Angela was swift to assist with a solution which now sees me in possession of a comfy and attractive chaise sofa. A big shout out to the delivery gents, who were super helpful and accommodating with the drop off, switch out and re-drop off :) Happy customer and would not hesitate to purchase from them again. I brought a 3 seater recliner couch recently with the help of the amazing Harmony and I am absolutely in love with it, it’s such good quality and is super comfortable. The delivery was also hassle free, they unloaded, put the couch together for me and took all the rubbish. Thanks guys :)
Appalling service. I placed a large deposit on 2 items and I changed my mind and they refused to refund my deposit. They also gave me an incorrect price on one item. I didn’t realise this was their policy as they didn’t mention it when I placed the deposit. I know other shops are much more reasonable about this and care about customer service and satisfaction. I had both of the battery packs on my recliners die, only a few weeks after their guarantees expired. Harmony went out of her way to make sure that not only were both battery packs were replaced, but that it was done within days of my phone call. We bought our lounge suite 2 years ago and the after sales service from our sales person Sharon, was also excellent. I will definitely be shopping at Impressions Furniture again!
