Booked the last-minute appointment with Crystal today and had about 10 or more inches cut off of my hair that was mid back into a Bob. I love my hair thank you so much.

Starlette is very kind and good at conversing. She was gentle when doing my hair and didn't cause any pain in the scalp. I love the haircut, which she looked over multiple times to make sure it was even throughout. She worked quickly but didn't make me feel rushed at all.
