Ordered flowers for my mother's 80th birthday. I provided her physical address, the name of the business next door to her house, and GPS coordinates (because her house is difficult to find), and asked that I be called with any delivery issues. They completely dropped the ball and neither delivered nor called me. I spoke with my mother at 8pm, and she said she received no delivery, so I called Impressions, but they gave no good reason why they didn't deliver.
