I am amending my previous rating from 1 to 3 stars, for now. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on January 20, 2025 from a new front line customer service staff member named Nancy. It appears that changes have been made and I was encouraged to return to Impressions Dental. Since I was happy with the treatment received Dr. Lioudmila, I intend to book a new appointment in the near future.
Wow, the lady at the receiption desk hang up the phone on me after me asking regrading pricing. I am so shocked that I'm still processing it. I guess is too much to ask and that they have enough rich clients they don't need to waste time on the phone with me, not even a single second "goodbye".
Lousy Customer Service. I sent an online request for an appointment to see the dentist on November 6, 2024. Since no confirmation was received, I followed up with an email on November 8. A response was sent stating that my online request was not received. The email went on to state that my requested date was booked up and that I should phone in to make an appointment.
