Dr.Mary was very polite and made me feel very comfortable throughout my cleaning procedure. She was also very understanding when I mentioned how I was on a time crunch . Great customer service :)

I am amending my previous rating from 1 to 3 stars, for now. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on January 20, 2025 from a new front line customer service staff member named Nancy. It appears that changes have been made and I was encouraged to return to Impressions Dental. Since I was happy with the treatment received Dr. Lioudmila, I intend to book a new appointment in the near future.
