Always on time, always pleasant to work with, always does an excellent job.
Years ago a neighbor recommended this place for carpet cleaning. I also had a stain that wasn't going to come out and it was suggested, since I still have carpet remnants, to cut that out and put in new piece. I was SO impressed with their work in cleaning and repair. Recently, we had to have a new sewer line put in under the house, which meant tearing up the floor in the basement. Five stars! The service was excellent and my carpets look brand new. A huge thanks to the technician, Oscar Orellana, who was extremely professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended
Chris and his coworker stretched the carpet in three bedrooms in our house. They were very skilled and efficient. We are extremely pleased with their work!
Don’t underestimate the pleasure of clean carpets. We have ours done every year. Impressions is the best. I doubt anyone else sticks to their twelve step plan including fluffing the carpets. We miss Dominic but Dylan might have outdone him. Good job everyone.
