First time using Impressions. Sent out area rug for cleaning and arranged for office and stairs to be cleaned when rug was delivered. Area rug was like new and office and stairs look terrific. No pun intended, but we were very impressed by the entire process and results. Extremely communicative and professional. We have used others in the past but never again. Highly recommended the entire team at Impressions!

A family-owned, local company, they spend time with you and explain every step of their cleaning process, and the office staff provided great customer service. Our carpet is 10 yrs old. It was loose in many places. The team stretched 3 rooms, then finished with a cleaning of4 rooms and the stairs. From start to finish, they were real professional. Revitalized our carpets. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend the Impressions team.
