Impression Products is a company that you can rely upon- any day of the week, around the clock. When I call the office, Christa is always friendly and ready to help. The owner is hands on when it comes to taking care of his customers. He goes above and beyond to provide assistance, no matter how busy they are. They’ll leave an impression alright. Steer clear folks!! Crap printers and horrific service (if you get someone to show up). Owner ghosted me for months all the while going through numerous printers that didn’t work when they brought them in straight out of the box. Hours and hours of wasted time. Refused to answer calls, texts, emails, etc. Save your time and sanity and move on to a more reputable company! (Techs that showed up were the only good thing about this company.
