Bad customer service experience. Attempted to setup an appointment on multiple days at different times continuously placed on hold for more than 10 minutes with no one coming back on the line. I refuse to trust my health to people who are unprofessional. I had my neurologist cancel this appointment and rebook with another imaging center. The new imaging center completed the scan within 24 hours of receiving the script.
I had a wonderful experience . Breddy at the office in Tamarac is such a professional. It was truly a pleasure speaking with her. She went above and beyond to help me!
After getting my paperwork to fill out my experience went down hill no one at the desk when I went to rerun the paperwork and when she returned confused me with the other person in the waiting room. I was soon called in to the back and before the tech could start an iv he walked out of the room to talk with a. Colleague about her diet.
