They are very professional and extremely nice from the reception area to the techs i had to have a stress test I was very nervous they made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me
First visit they did not follow the dr orders. Second visit, i sat in the waiting room for an hour for them to tell me that they couldn't do that kind of imaging there. I ask why I wasn't told when I made the appointment and they said oh the call center is completely separate from us. No apology, nothing. Wasted hours!
Betsy and Ali have amazing customer service! Betsy assured my mom from morning to evening. Ali greeted us in an amazing way!!!!
