My clients and I worked with Impression Homes at The Landing at Providence Village. We had a great experience and my clients are thrilled with their new home. They reolcated from out of state so the whole process was done remotely for them. We received weekly progress updates from King with photos of the home. Steve took the time to walk them through everything in the home at closing and was very detailed. I would definitely work with King and Steve again in the future.
We had a really poor experience building our home with IH. While we understand there are major issues in the world right now causing for delayed items, shortages, etc., we had major problems that could have been avoided. 1. Two hours after closing, we found out a pipe under our driveway had burst, causing all of the plumbing to back up into our new home.
