Buyers beware. Builders and developers did not properly build the retaining walls in the community. There were no footers poured, no sleeves installed, and no backfill in the wall. The builders then proceeded to drill fence post holes in the wall at depths of only 13-21 inches, well below the standard depth of 24 inches to be structurally sound.
