If I had option I would not give even half star. I think this was a big mistake. I will give 0 to process and work for 1 year warranty. They never takes your call or comes after 1 year is over. No matter if you have report it for finishing 1 year. Boo was warranty guy before than they suddenly changed and Andrew is ware guy for us. But it’s been a year he told me he will come. Buen lugar
The way chris sales manager welcomed us was not appropriate and was in a rush to go for other customers and simply gave us few plans without proper justification and said this is the cheapest we have without we being telling that we want the cheapest or highest and in a rush of him he said to go see the model home pointing from far away and left saying he would be back soon. There was no proper handshake at all. We felt Stranded and decided to move off.
Christian was amazing! He walked us through the entire process he was always available to answer questions! I highly recommend Impression Homes Argyle! if you are lucky enough to work with Christian, count your blessings!
