My mom and I walked into Impression without an appointment 45 minutes before closing time. Even though we didn't have an appointment, the assistant manager, Luna, got us started right away looking for off-the rack-dresses (my wedding was only a few months away, so we didn't want to do special order). We found two that we liked and were within my budget, and Luna helped me get into them, and had us do a complete staging at one of their stations. Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She made the entire experience so easy and fun. She listened to what I wanted and somehow picked the perfect dress almost immediately.
