If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in for a wash and set. As we know rollers are commonly used to protect hair from excessive heat damage, something I’ve been doing since I was little. I’m in my 20s now, and this was the very first time I’ve ever been told my hair was “muy duro” (“very hard”).
