Impress administers a kinship care program which enables me to take care of my loved one at home instead of placing them in a nursing home or long term care facility. We are both very grateful for this program, and for the staff which are helpful, caring, and personable. Can't thank Suzette, Dannielle, or Jeff enough!

Suzette is totally UNPROFESSIONAL has spoken to me in a Rude and condescending manner The company does not inform you of upcoming appointments w caregivers It’s never the same each week. I’ve been allocated 9 hours each week and I have yet to see. I’m lucky to receive 6 hours a week and that’s if the care giver arrives on time I’m a military veteran and all I expect is what was communicated to me

Very responsive to today's changing needs in a difficult and challenging time for health care businesses. Owner Suzett works hard to find and keep qualified workers by responding in a positive manner to both her customers and her employees' individual situations by being flexible and understanding. The workers she employs are hard working and knowledgeable and are always willing to do whatever is necessary and required for completion of the job. Very cheerful and personable and a pleasure to have in the home.

Our experience with Impress was top notch. We contacted many health care companies in the Manchester NH area, but only Impress worked their hardest to have 24/7 care for Mom in the last month of her life this December 2020. Our caregivers took care of my Mom in a tender way despite her gruff exterior and provided instructional as well as emotional support for us. They became part of our extended family and for that we are truly grateful. What a wonderful company. Thank you again.
