I completed my treatment. There are some pros. However, they are overshadowed from my extreme dissatisfaction with their post-treatment communication. I received my retainer in the mail. I had a good experience with the treatment itself, but the insurance reimbursement process has been a nightmare. My insurance accepted and processed the claim months ago, yet I still haven't received my money back. I have called the company over 20 times, and each time, I get the same response—that they need to check with their insurance department, but there are never any updates.
