Just go with a normal orthodontist and get Invisalign. Impress is so unorganized and unprofessional. The first appointment I had (after months of waiting for the aligners to arrive), they "forgot" to get my aligners from the SF office. Never mind paying a courier to transfer them 20 minutes away, they waited until I arrived and then said I couldn't get another appointment for 4 weeks. I just finished my initial set of aligners after 8 months and my teeth are still crooked. You have to be very proactive about booking in appoi... read more

This place , called never pick up. And I have wait for 2 months always to get the packaging for my teeth. Try to check my money. Every month charge from my credit card for 299$ for no reason. Be careful all guys.. really cheat
