My experience was great at least I thought it was the service I had done was dread loc but after a week pass by my hair starting falling out an is still falling out dreads in my hair was not even done still had new growth flaking off it felt to me like she rushed the process she charged me $400 what a robbery I don’t recommend anyone to her very unprofessional service I am not happy this is the second person I been to since I been here she is lazy and don’t want to work.

Started my locs here in august and I’ve been coming back since the first and only person I let in my hair , Parts are always straight and neat , never takes long for a retwist , and the customer service is a1 Everytime ! Most definitely recommend !
