This shop took me in right away and explained all of the work my vehicle needed and what they were doing. Travis was my advisor and I felt very informed and comfortable with the diagnostic and repair process. They were able to diagnose something Caliber Collision was not comfortable doing and even fixed something the other shop messed up. The staff at ImportSports are incredible. They preformed a diagnostic to discover the cause of an issue with my crv, recommended the repairs, and completed the work in one day. They were thorough and communicated with me every step of the way. I will be bringing my car back and will recommend them to family and friends.
I had been a dedicated customer to grease monkey for many years since I thought they did a well enough job and didn’t cost too much. The service they provide is awesome!! It was easy to schedule an appointment with them, everyone I dealt with is friendly and knowledgeable. Fortunately, my car needs are optional to fix. Travis and Nate awesome! I will be back! Plus, they’re next the best brewery in the USA!
