Waited a week to make sure the evil check engine light stayed off in my possessed car😆😆 great communication, friendly staff. They send a plan for your vehicle to you, you can review and order repairs that way. Took the staff a few tries to get my car right, and they did!! I will go back for routine maintenance from now on.
Avoid this shop. All they care about is your money. They are not accurate and precise with their alignment and suspension check at all. Apparently, my car had a defective suspension part that were supposed to be replaced first, so the alignment can done properly and effectively. They went on to do the alignment and the result as you see in the picture below. One side of the front two tires are literally worn and that was the main reason I went to them. It was great service all around. From the moment I stepped in to the front door. From the first greetings and quick explanation of what I could expect to the moment I picked up keys in the same afternoon I was informed of every step. Travis was awesome and I’m very impressed with whole experience. We will definitely bring our vehicle back for next service.
Recently bought a 2012 Audi TT. They were able to get serviced fairly quick. Provided updates through text and link that showed you photos taken by mechanics and recommendations. This same link gives you option to approve or decline mechanical service. No pressure. There was a little problem post service but shop was great about getting fixed at no additional cost. Pretty great service, I’d recommend!
