Ed was very helpful when I was in a serious situation with my car. I took it to the VW dealer and they wanted $1800.00 plus tax to fix it. I called Ed and he said he could fix it for a fraction of that price. He sent one of his workers to pick the car up from the VW dealer and then even had this employee drive me home to Mount Joy, PA from York! Imports is a great place! The owner is extremely friendly and very fair. I'vw been there twice now, and I'll definitely return.

i took my jeep here twice and they still didn't fix the problem. was promised bring it in a third time and it will be fixed. my wife dropped it off and ed told her to leave the key under the floor mat. she did the next day she called to see if it was done. ed said he didn't see it in the lot. turns out he remembered seeing it the night before and didnt see it when he got back from a call out. this was 14 hours before my wife called. turns out someone stole it off his lot. this just happened today 11/2/2011. he told my wife h... read more
