I brought in my 2002 5-series for an electrical problem. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with car repair. Fidel is skilled, organized, efficient, and has a great understanding of how cars (and other things) work. Plus, he’s really nice, as is everyone at Imports Only. We’re lucky to have them in this community.
Great crew there did my volvo and it was raining the boss gave me a ride into town until the car was finished had great prices and was fast.
I can’t thank Fidel and his team enough for the incredible service they provided. Yesterday, I hit an object on the freeway that I couldn’t avoid, and it ended up cracking my oil pan, leaving me stranded. A friend recommended this shop, so I had my car towed there that night. By the very next day, they had already diagnosed the problem, completed the repair, and had my car ready to go. Great service and Fidel does you justice by looking over all the details ( filters , brakes , tires etc ) while not gauging you … he even came over to pick us up at the golf course when the job was finished… I will be back!
This was my first time taking my car to a shop since I'm in college i like to work and try to do stuff on my car by myself but sometimes don't have the time to or experience to do a job on the car confidently.
