I purchased a vehicle from them, and Diana was amazing! She was super nice, patient, and never made me feel rushed. She let me take my time and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She really knows what she’s doing and was very helpful throughout the whole experience. The car was super clean, drove great, and was exactly what I was looking for. We drove from VA to purchase a 2018 Ford F150. 1st I want to give Isaiah his flowers. This young man's customer service was impeccable. Young man, Old Soul. We test drove the truck and then decided to purchase it. Clearly, we didn't test drive it long enough because not even 15 mins after leaving the lot, we are on the highway and it starts to make this loud rattling noise. purchased a vehicle from United Sports Automotive in Henderson, NC. Unfortunately, almost immediately after driving the vehicle off the lot, the check engine light came on. I then discovered that the vehicle had serious transmission problems and catalytic converter issues. All of this happened the same day I purchased the vehicle. Very disappointed with this establishment. Went to see a car and I specifically told Diana I was coming back the next day to purchase vehicle. The following day came and she had the pleasure to set an appointment so I could pretty much purchase vehicle. It's not like I didn't have the money. I got a text message prior to my appointment that car had been sold. This shows no respect to customers. To me this is money hungry and give two rats about their customers. Very disappointed.
