After searching online and passing on other service shops with questionable ratings, my husband and I stopped in at the shop on Saturday to get a visual of the business and ask whether we could make an appointment for our overdue required Service A anytime soon. My husband spoke with business owner, Robert, and made an appointment to bring the car in first thing on Tuesday morning. I took my mustang GT to rob because it was overheating. He took care of the issue in one day, kept me updated the whole time. Awesome customer service. Best in town will recommend him for any machine work
I had a fabulous experience at Imported Car Service of Cape Coral. I was able to make an appt quickly to have my car diagnosed and they fixed it immediately upon finding the issue. When I got there to pick up my car, it was spotless!!! Dealing with Robert was a breath of fresh air compared to what I was used to for car repair.
