I have bought parts from Importapart twice for my Ford Excursion. Both times the staff have been friendly, helpful, and provided accurate depictions of the parts. Pickup is smooth and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend these guys!
I purchased a rebuilt 1996 Lincoln Town Car EATC that failed within a year. I reached out through their Pro-Rebuild eBay page to ask if this kind of failure was normal, and they said it was not, and then thanked me lol. Unfortunately, no exchange or assistance was offered, which was disappointing given the $240 cost. Can't recommend doing business with them if this is how they do business.
Not only did they have the body parts I needed (for a 35 year old car), they were in excellent shape, and at a price that couldn't be beat. They packaged it (expert level, by the way), shipped it via a freight carrier to me (two states away), and it arrived unscathed. Parts were exactly as described or better. It's hard to find a salvage yard that puts forth this kind of effort to help a customer. 100% satisfied and would definitely do business with them again.
I've never done business with Importapart, but I would if I needed to. He gets a 5 star rating because his I Do Cars YouTube channel is so entertaining.
