Import Specialties has been one of the worst shops I've had an experience with, and this has happened across multiple cars I've brought there. This situation has cost me a significant amount of time and money. In one instance, my son wasn't even able to drive his car during the holidays (Dec. - mid Jan.) because the issues were never properly resolved.
