Extremely rude when answering the phone!! Their words were "what" upon answering. Then I state where I am from, and all they can say is, "Sorry." It starts with customer service, and there was none here.
Ralph brings years of experience to his shop that specializes in Import repairs. He knows VW's very well and I trust his honest advice on all aspects of repair.
Having had to deal with many mechanics in a lifetime Mr. Hoch is the most awesome one I've EVER met....and I highly recommend him.... Only wish I would have known him years ago.....
Ralph is wonderful! Showed me the parts that were changed and took the time to explain what the prior owner did for maintenance. Very much enjoy his expertise and down to earth, cut and dry nature. I will be back!!
