I had an emergency where my Volvo convertible top was stuck open. Steve and his staff dedicated a lot of time to figure out not only how to close the top but to stop the alarms that were blaring. He did a great job and he definitely went above and beyond what any other mechanic would’ve done. Thanks guys!!

My 2014 Cayman S suddenly started dripping a very small amount of oil. I phoned Steve and we set up an appointment for me to bring my car in. Steve explained that sometimes the Caymans would leak a little oil because of a clogged valve, but he would know better once he had it on the lift. I left the car, and waited for him to call.
