VERY impressed by this business. What a great experience, from the moment you walk into the lobby, to picking up the car. The lobby was clean, comfortable, and cozy, a great first impression, nothing like the dingy shops I've been to in the past. Everyone was very professional, Obed explained everything in great detail. The pricing was very fair. Thank you Imports Professional, so happy to have found a local BMW mechanic who I can trust.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my wife's 128i convertible to have its 60,000 service. First they told me that it was going to be $375 for service. When I went to pick up the car the charged me $475 .At first I thought okay no be deal still cheaper than the dealer. I drove the car approx 1/4 mile and ABS light comes on.. I took the car back. They were not discourteous and they did fix the vehicle. However, they engaged in what I believe to be unethical business practices. We took our BMW to get a diagnostic check and they told us that 5 things needed to be repaired, one of which was the front passenger door lock actuator at a cost of $258. They also told us that the $93 cost of the diagnostic check would be credited whether we did one or all of the repairs within 30 days. We took our Audi & Lexus here and the service was fantastic! Very timely and efficient. Then we took our Chevy Silverado that was having issues and they were the first people in 2 years that figured out the problem & fixed it! Definitely recommend!
