I consistently come to this shop for my BMW, they’re a very welcoming and trusting shop. I’ve gotten plenty of work done at this shop and they’re very knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. Every time I’ve dropped off my car they always take good care of it and are quick to work, I have nothing but good experiences with them 10/10 honest and hard working.
I’ve been taking our family BMWs here for 5 years and I can’t say enough GREAT things about Lewis and Jose! These guy are attentive, professional, and stand by their high quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to avoid the dealership for repairs!
DO NOT GO HERE. THEY SCAM AND STEAL. This place is a joke. It took them MONTHS to fix my car that didn’t end up getting fixed. They stole parts from my car and replaced them with much cheaper lower quality parts. They scratched my car. I was able to fix my car within a day with a different company. Something they weren’t able to do even after MONTHS of keeping my car in the shop. They lied to me many times about what was wrong with the car.
