Initially the high end new BMW X7 was in for front bumper repair. The repair took excessively long and when we received the auto in return, the inside was covered in clay dirt, door sill scratched, and missing paint on the front bumper. They said they would use touch up paint. They then agreed to repaint, and then scratched the hood. I chose Import Paint & Body due to the great reviews. I own a Vintage BMW that was in a small fender bender that cracked the tail light and creased the driver side quarter panel. The car is in mint condition so I was in search of a detailed body shop. The quote seemed fair for a "quality repair". I knew I could have found a better price but wanted the best. I had the BEST experience with Import Paint & Body! They were recommended to me by a friend who also had a great experience. I had an interesting situation in that one week before I was supposed to get my bumper replaced I was rear-ended again! I went straight to Import the next day and Loren and Audrey were helpful as always, letting me know my car was still safe to drive and that they would get the additional repairs done at the same time as the original. I'm loyal to the end. Loren and team have my respect and trust. Had a few major impacts and they made my ars look like new without ever compromising their integrity!
Excellent work - can't even tell there was a mark on the car. Also, stand-up ownership that reimbursed my tire replacement expenses for a flat (screw) that occurred under their watch.
Perfectly matched the paint. Beyond impressive. Can't tell it was ever damaged at all.
