Called here to get a labour quote on a PCV replacement and he told me he doesn't install customer supplied parts "because of warranty" despite me already having all required OEM parts for the job. They are the same exact parts you would order. Warranty as in you manufacture the parts and hence guarantee them or just want to mark them up like many mechanics? What a joke. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
