My first experience with IRC was a terrible grinding noise coming from my wheels/brakes. They took the wheel off, found a tiny pebble stuck, and removed it for me. Only charged like $30 for the time it took to pull off the tire. Decided to use them again for new brakes and they were excellent again to work with. They called me to inform me how much life was left on my brake pads and asked if I still wanted to get them replaced.
