They had a car I wanted and sounded like they could work with me. After I few days I scheduled a ride that would bring me to the area and messaged them to let them know I’d be down that way if they needed me to stop in. They replied they will let me know and would reply within an hour. After this I recorded no further responses from them. Just completely ghosted. I had sent a few additional messages with no response back. I guess they don’t want to try to sell cars
Bought a BMW from this place a little while back. After getting the car I had a drivetrain malfunction the next morning while driving home. It was my first BMW so I didn’t realize the severity of the issue. It was a 14’ with 60k Miles. I called them up and they had their in house mechanic look at the vehicle, my guess is he just reset the error code or light. Amazing experience at this dealership. I spoke with Levy who was attentive, patient, and really ensured that I got the car that I wanted. The manager, Joe, is also a very upstanding guy who was forthright during negotiation and didn't introduce any hidden fees or last minute charges. It was honestly a great experience shopping here and I recommend, much better than any other dealership in the area!
