I've been taking my Honda to Import Concepts for years. Always had a great experience. Six months ago had my transmission serviced. 9,000 miles later, I had to get it serviced at an out-of-town dealer. The mechanic at the dealer questioned whether the transmission fluid had been changed. When I got home, I called and spoke with Joey. Great Experience! I was in from out of town when my check engine light came on, which I would typically go to a dealership for. I saw this place and decided to give them a try since it was closer than the Honda dealer, so glad I did! They quickly diagnosed the issue and told me it would be safe to drive home if I wanted to. They showed me the price if I would want to have it fixed there with no pressure at all. LOVE this place! They have fixed some small transmission problems that even the Honda dealers could not figure out. Very competent, but also very customer friendly, and locally owned business. They know you by first name basis when you walk in the door. Very friendly honest people. Just a simple basic "waiting room", no big fancy overhead, but comfortable. Prices are very fair and honest.
