I've brought my car to Import Concepts 2 for oil changes and to have a strange noise diagnosed by the car-noise wizard, James. I actually had to bring it in three different times because, of course, my car magically stopped making the noise every time I arrived. James was incredibly patient and kind through all of it and never once seemed bothered. On the third visit, we finally heard the noise. Import Concepts 2 would've had me back on the road in as little as 3 days for my transmission replacement it it wasn't for the warranty taking a bit of time. They were great at communicating and letting my know what was going on with my car and the working with the warranty company. Their price was cheaper than what I was quoted at the dealership and they use the exact same parts (ordered directly from dealership to shop). Definitely recommend!

I've been taking my Honda to Import Concepts for years. Always had a great experience. Six months ago had my transmission serviced. 9,000 miles later, I had to get it serviced at an out-of-town dealer. The mechanic at the dealer questioned whether the transmission fluid had been changed. When I got home, I called and spoke with Joey.
