I have never been so disappointed with a mechanic shop than this Unfortunately the Toyota man passed away he was the one that would have looked at my car. The owner showed very inattentive customer service skills and his wife wasn't nice either. I will never carry a vehicle to this shop again.
We had a Volkswagen Tiguan with problem after problem after we picked our car up from them. Threatened to take $200 from an employees paycheck when they made a mistake on a battery replacement if we didn't return the battery ourselves, then after a $1,500 repair, that they didn't discount after they promised to do such, began screening our calls and never answered any attempt of contact. Very disappointing in the service and the owners.
Honest, hardworking, skilled mechanics!!! Reasonable cost and it is nice to know it is fixed correctly! They went the extra mile to get a part in quickly so my son could get back to his duty station in time for his shift. Thank y’all!
