Car was there for several months waiting to be worked on, I knew it needed work, at the areas of work it needed..never got a call to let me know anything, I called, “oh the mechanic said he was to busy to do any diagnostic work on it, but said it needed the whole brake system, exhaust system, and other things (I already had known)” asked for a price to fix the specific issue with brakes(the only thing I needed them to fix) said they would call me back and leave a message(NOTHING!) is this how business is supposed to be run, ... read more
