Phenomenal customer service!
The car did eventually get repaired and the mechanic himself was friendly. However the overall experience left a lot to be desired. My vehicle was in the shop for several weeks with multiple missed pickup dates and unclear timelines. Communication around progress was inconsistent and expectations were not well managed.
