Great place the best part was the service most women don’t like taking cars in for repairs but Joe explained everything gave me heads up about repairs my new best friend!, ,!
Joe has been servicing my 2015 BMW X5 for a few years now. He has always done quality work at a fair price and much cheaper than a dealer. I had to have my front brakes and rotors replaced this week. After bringing it home, brakes worked fine but I notice a loud, continuous metallic rubbing sound and a high pitch noise when applying the brake at low speeds. BEWARE — if you own a classic car, don't waste your time bringing it to this shop. They flatly refused to service my Beetle with engine light on. According to Google AI, this can stem from a variety of reasons including a lack of knowledge or concerns about profitability. So off I go to the next shop on my list. Following the refusal to service, I have never contacted this shop again. And never will. I don't recommend this shop to anyone.
I took my 2007 BMW X5 to Import Automotive at the recommendation of a trusted family member. The owner, Joe, is very friendly and passionate about his business. Although I experienced some issues after having my car serviced, Joe was quick to clear up any misunderstandings in communication and was fair in resolving my issues. He made it right! Joe cares about his customers!!! Thanks so much Joe!
