Excellent customer service I find their repair cost to be 15% less than the dealer charges. I will continue to Have our cars service here. We currently have a Mercedes and Audi and we have never had any problems with their service repairs.
Had my vehicle looked at at a shop in Sandston that I trusted. They charged me $800 to repair an issue with gage saying car was running hot. I told them it was probably a temp sensor. Picked car and and drove 39 miles to discover nothing had been done to repair the problem. Drop it off atI port Autohaus a day and a half later car is repaired and I'm driving. Other shop had it over 6 weeks. Very pleased with Autohaus professionalism and expertise as well as price!
