Prompt and professional! The check in process was seamless and the customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend and will returning for any future vehicle needs!
Service was completed promptly. But mechanics keep leaving grease from their hands all over steering wheel and everything they touch inside the car, door and hood

This place came highly recommended through a friend and I’m normal hesitant to take my car to a shop because I can do everything myself except for a state inspection which is why I brought my car to Import Autohaus. While my car was here I decided to have them flush my coolant. The cost was very reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. The folks here are very friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable with European cars, Audi in particular. This is going to be my go-to shop moving forward.
