Lovely shop and very informative
I am very pleased with my experience. Had my son's car towed there because the transmission went out (turns out he had driven up over a curb and broken the axle and wrecked the transmission). A fair estimate was given, expectations of when it would be done were accurate and cost came in under the estimate. Super friendly and great communicators!
Daniel and his team are great! Been going to their shop for years—Everytime they’re friendly, thorough with the work, and take the time to explain the job(s). They’ve also done some PPI requests. Their consistency has earned a life-long customer!
Import Auto beat a competitor’s price to fix some issues with my Volvo. I’m very happy with the communication and quality of work. I picked up my freshly washed car and it’s now running better than it ever has. I’ll be back!
