I rarely leave reviews, but I decided to make sure I do so for this outstanding experience. Import Auto Service went above and beyond when it came to customer service, pricing, time frame and over all work quality. Coming from someone who is in the auto business as a service manager. I have a real appreciation for the way I was treated, and the way my vehicle was handled. Huge thanks to Izabel and the Import Auto team. Will definitely be back!

Off-the-chain OUTSTANDING! I had AAA flat bed my 2012 manual transmission Vette to Raju and company a few days ago at the recommendation of a friend who's been bringing his Vettes here for years. I couldn't shift it into reverse and was thinking I was looking at either shifter replacement or transmission work. Raju investigated the shifter and the lock-out solenoid atop the transmission. Turns out the issue was a wiring issue at the solenoid. Raj re-seated the solenoid and took the car out for a spin. Problem resolved! The s... read more
