Import Auto has been servicing and repairing my moms cars for almost 30 years. 3 owners, each one as good as the previous! She's only had 2 cars during this period this last on with 173k miles and still going strong. They are the only ones who have worked on it. Professional good honest shop! Thank you!

On our way back from Baltimore in our newly purchased Saab 900 we had a problem with the brake lights. By stopping at a parts store we tracked down Mark Miller. He squeezed us in on the Friday afternoon of Memorial Day w/e because we "couldn't drive to Vermont without brake lights". Mark found and fixed the problem in short order. An ace mechanic and a prince of a man who loves Saabs and people!

I brought my Nissan Altima to Import Auto Service with the service light on. After being charged $763.00 for them to replace two light bulbs, one low beam and a brake light for $69.00. Replace an air filter to the tune of $126.00. Replacing two sensors at $449.00. Would you say I was over charged? Yeah, me too. Oh yes, my engine light is still on after spending $763.00. Spoke to the manager, he thinks that was a fair price. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I was so happy with their service and attention to detail it was a no brainer to take my new car, a Honda Fit,there for maintenance and service. I am not a "car person" so I really appreciate that Import Auto explains features on my car, maintain records advising me when to come in for maintenance and answering my panicked questions when a light came on. I find them to be extremely courteous and willing to work with my schedule. I feel secure driving my car. I am... read more
