It was my first time using Import Auto Service to repair my Mercedes CLE 300. They were very professional , quick, and took care of my car needs, prices are also reasonable.
A car was taken there to fix something that was repaired in their shop. A wheel assembly on an all wheel drive car, given back without being aligned, said the couldn't do the work. It popped 3 tires in 200 miles. It was taken back to them to fix it, the kept it for a month, then charged for more parts, kept the car a month more, then repaired it. So I was looking to get my a/c some freon. I went to the military base first and they wanted to charge for the service, but if it needed repairs and I declined the service, they would keep the whole freon service fee? Import Auto Service looked at it and gave me a reasonable price I could afford. While there, they showed me the faulty parts and made sure I understood what I was paying for.
