A car was taken there to fix something that was repaired in their shop. A wheel assembly on an all wheel drive car, given back without being aligned, said the couldn't do the work. It popped 3 tires in 200 miles. It was taken back to them to fix it, the kept it for a month, then charged for more parts, kept the car a month more, then repaired it. So I was looking to get my a/c some freon. I went to the military base first and they wanted to charge for the service, but if it needed repairs and I declined the service, they would keep the whole freon service fee? Import Auto Service looked at it and gave me a reasonable price I could afford. While there, they showed me the faulty parts and made sure I understood what I was paying for. Although I did not end up moving forward in repairs here to my 2011 VW Tiguan, Sean was so helpful and upfront about what my old beloved car needed to be fully repaired. It was far more than I expected and it didn't make sense to invest nearly $5000 to bring my car back from the brink of oblivion. He was honest and gave great advice. I'd highly recommend this team for auto service.
