My husband recently made another car purchase with this dealership and he is very satisfied with his vehicle. Customer service is excellent and very accommodating. They will assist you in finding the vehicle that will fit your particular needs. Every car on the lot is clean. So, if you are wanting to purchase a vehicle, go there first. You will be so glad that you did.
I recently purchased a car from Import Auto Mall and I'm so glad I did. They were professional, friendly, and very accommodating. I had visited multiple dealerships that day and was astonished at the high price tags that dealers were putting on the cars, despite knowing the KBB value. Luckily, I was able to walk out with my dream car here and at an amazing price BELOW the KBB value. I would highly recommend this business to all of my friends.
They purposely gave my loan officer the vin number for a different vehicle of the same make and model and switched it AFTER she already did the loan so that we wouldn't find out that the car they sold me was TOTALED. That was not disclosed in any of the paperwork. My attorneys are going to be in contact with them soon.
I love Import Auto Mall! They have such nice cars, with great deals! I bought my son's car from here and we are so satisfied with our purchase! We actually went back and bought a car for myself, and soon will be going for my daughter. I fully recommend going to Import Auto Mall!
