We were on a road trip and had trouble with our Subaru powered Vanagon. I had some ideas but not enough tools to attack the problem. I was referred to Pete by another shop. His work was spot on. He diagnosed the problem (turned out not to be what I suspected), went out the get the part rather than subjecting me to waiting for a delivery, and fixed the problem. I truely appreciate his working with my schedule and would recommend him to anyone.
Wife and I are traveling from New York to Florida via Nashville. I noticed transmission fluid leak when I got to motel. Expert auto was real close by. Pete got me in on the spot. He diagnosed the problem ( not good ), brought me in the shop and showed me what needed to be done. It was a major fix. Told Pete we were scheduled to leave in two days. No problem. Always a pleasure dealing with this company. I'll never take my cars anywhere else because I just know I couldn't find customer service like theirs.
Pete really knows his stuff! I have taken my Volkswagen to other shops and spent lots of money and still didn't get answers to the problem. Pete properly diagnosed my car and had it ready for me the same day. He charged me a fair price that I am very happy with. I will recommend Pete to all of my friends and co-workers.
I don't leave alot of reviews but for Expert Auto I am happy to do it. Exceptional pricing and service. I never feel like they're getting over on me, which was a big selling point when choosing a mechanic. Thanks for everything.
