As a senior person, purchasing my first campervan was made such an exciting, no stress experience, made so enjoyable by Mark and Sophia from import auto. My every question was answered in easily to understand explanations. BUT Sophia's patience and kindness is above and beyond the norm. I regret that I can only rate 5 stars. They deserve many more.
Sophia was so outstanding, excellent customer service. She made the whole process of purchasing a vehicle feel so easy. It was delight to work with her. I am 100% happy and a very satisfied customer.
I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Serena from VC motors. Which unfortunately needed repairs in the first week. The team at import auto center was really quick to make the needed repairs, they gave me a loan car for the week, which came in handy as I was located over 100kms away from their workshop. and my car actually feels a lot better to drive now. Wouldn't recommend. Had more struggle than support with the company, it was actually very very poor. Service lady was very nice in person but the business owner lacked basic service. To elaborate for anyone curious on their service, The car originally came with 20inch rims which raised the cars suspension to be legal but with the stock wheels the suspension is illegal with the aftermarket springs.
