Extremely poor communication and zero transparency. After a week of phone calls and price negotiations with Sophia, I drove all the way from the Gold Coast to Brisbane with a mechanic to inspect a Suzuki Jimny. I paid $250 for the inspection, only to find out on arrival that the engine had been reconditioned, something I was never told. This is essential information that should be disclosed upfront.
