I've dealt with Sophia and Mark on several occasions now :) Once, to sell my van on consignment through Import Auto Centre, then again when I realised I'd made a horrible mistake and was now travelling the 1700kms to pick her up and bring her home. More recently I was trying to source a custom-made accessory for said van, and they were able to sort it out for me in a super quick & easy turnaround. Very friendly & helpful - and for any other Bongonauts out there - a great place to start with any Bongo related questions!
Absolutely awful! Spoke to Mark day before about wanting to come with my son to view a car they had advertised - arrived the next day to an absolute mess - car wasn't there,it was in mechanics with flat battery, were offered to take the jumper leads and drive an extra 20 minutes to mechanics to test drive only to be informed car reduced again, no rwc and as is - so trying to sell a lemon!!! Very Happy with my Campervan. Excellent service from Sophia and Mark. They really do go above and beyond to make sure you're more than happy with your vehicle. Great communication and transparency throughout the sale. There was no pressure put on me to buy the vehicle either, which I appreciated. My Campervan fit out was customised to my liking, at a small cost, which I thought was more than fair. I'm super stoked with my van. Many fun times and adventures ahead. Yewww!
