I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I brought in my BMW for a brake job and some A/C issues, and from start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The team was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they really know their way around European vehicles, which gave me a lot of confidence. My car drives like a dream now, and the A/C is ice cold—just in time for summer. Highly recommend them if you're looking for expert work and excellent customer service!
I went to Auto Import Center to get a 200 point inspection on my vehicle. They fixed a few things including oils leaks. They took pics of the issues and explained everything to me. Few months later, I was rear ended, and my vehicle went to the dealership body shop. At the body shop, they advised me that my back up sensor was corroded and it would cost me $900 to replace. I'm so grateful to the staff at Import Auto Center. To Yusef and the Auto Technicians, your level of service, professionalism, and friendliness is impeccable. A rodent got under the hood of my Benz and ate a "brake" wire sensor that cause the brake light to display on the dash. Of course I had no clue what was going on. Thankfully the Auto Technicians detected the issue in a matter of minutes showing me where the damage was located. These guys are amazing! They replaced the timing belt and water pump on my 04 LS430 and I’m very happy with it. Their customer service is top notch, they do quality work, and great prices! I will be using this for all of my vehicles service needs. Thank you guy very much
