I had a very unpleasant experience with the owner of ITS-Dental LLC. During our conversation, I struggled to pronounce some technical dental terms in English. Instead of being patient or finding a solution—like allowing the assistant to translate—the owner refused, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and frustrating.
