Dr. Neal and his staff is truly the best. Their extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They showed me everything down to the microorganisms that live in my mouth. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients which says a lot to me. I'll definitely be going back.
Just don't bother sending an E-mail, ever. I've been following up for two months, both over the phone and with further E-mails, stating, "I'm trying to follow up on the below E-mail..." "I'm attempting again to follow up on the below E-mail..." No bueno. He recommended me to Dr. Baker for a root canal. Dr. Baker's wife, not Dr. Baker, recommended me elsewhere (Dr. Baker would never respond), because his wife (not he) recommended IV sedation for me, and Dr. Baker does not offer IV sedation.
