I love this company. They have the best customer service from top to bottom. Always available when I need them, and prompt with their work. They have been a godsend for my practice.
They have the WORST costumer service. You always have to call multiple times just to be able to talk to someone. Never do I receive call backs from them when I leave a message. overall my experience with them has just been horrible
I place a fair amount of implants. They have been good, customer service has been acceptable and good. they try to work with you. they are also fair about their services. Surgical guides are not 100% all the time no matter who makes them, keeping that in mind, they are doing doing the best they can with the imperfect system that exists at this time.
