Dr. Hewett is a dental wizard, and that is coming from a patient who has a 50 year history of being a clinical dental phobic. I went in last week as a 72 yr. old type II diabetic patient needing to extract my last right side bottom molar that had broken off down to the gum so this extraction was going to be anything but simple and in need of significant gum cutting and drilling so I was expecting significant pain after the oral sedation and numbing.
