Save your money and use it elsewhere. I bought an LG tv using impex service on the 2nd of December because i was unable to ship directly from best buy so i asked them to buy it and ship it. Chinelo was my person of contact. They confirmed to me that it was shipped to Nigeria in December. Ok fastforward to January i start reaching out to them concerning my shipment they kept telling me its in transit they never responded to my emails and i had to keep calling them on phone which they picked but were never clear about anything... read more
