Helping me navigate a temperamental boiler, staying within my budget, being a clear communicator and letting me know the timeline of ordering and fixing the issue kept me grounded when dealing with less than ideal circumstances. Have definitely appreciated all of his work.
Josh from Impetus provided services for plumbing and gas fitting at my home. He did a great job at addressing all of the issues, communicating additional costs and things I need to be aware of. He provided great customer service and I would definitely recommend him and Impetus Plumbing and Heating.
Josh came about an hour after I called and with one Quick Look new where the leak was coming from. Not even a restoration was able to find out with their so hight tech equipment. Restoration said it was my shower. And I would have to tear a whole wall to find out. But Josh came in and within minutes, he looked, and he knew where the leak was coming from and fixed.
