Excellent work by Alvin and Jordan on 2 expansion tank replacements and annual boiler service on 2 Viessmann boilers. Highly recommend.
This is my second time having them to look at my toilet/kitchen. Albin and Jordan came to fix a very severe toilet clog this time. I’m saying severe because the first machine they brought wasn’t enough, so they went back to bring another one they even took out the toilet and made sure the job was done properly. They explained the situation clearly, even showed me pictures of the cause, and also checked the garburator for me too. Darryl from Impetus plumbing had done shower faucet replacement for my bathroom. He did an excellent job from start to finish and clean up perfectly. First impression from Darryl was he sent me a text message on service day before he arrive. After he arrived, he review work order, listen my questions patiently and provide suggestions from his strong knowledge in plumbing industry. I highly recommend Darryl and Impetus plumbing to people, need to resolve plumbing issue.
Fantastic service provided by Alvin and Jason during a recent HVAC service. They did a thorough job, explaining and documenting each step. They even uncovered some issues with the original design without pressure to address things that are not really posing problems. Great communication and great customer service! Couldn’t be happier with these guys and highly recommend.
Very impressed with Alvin’s professionalism and work ethic. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through what he was doing. Everything was done properly, and he cleaned up after himself. A job well done!
