A bad experience turned to a fixable and positive experience with Impetus Plumbing. Very professional and friendly from quoting the job to getting it done. Mathias arrived at our home early and did an excellent job. Very efficient, very knowledgeable and very thorough. Everything was explained and quoted along the way and we were happy with the job done. If you are looking for a plumber, I highly recommend Impetus Plumbing. Ask for Mathias!
Mathias showed up in less then 30 minutes the day before new years eve, for a last minute call close to 5pm. He went above and beyond to get the job done as efficiently as possible, while taking the time to explain to me what was going on as he worked and when done let me know how I could avoid ever having that problem again . Will definitely be using this company again for any future plumbing/ heating needs.
10/10 — would trust Mathias with my pipes, my house, and my sanity. Mathias was attentive, communicative, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. What was supposed to be a plumbing nightmare turned into a surprisingly pleasant two-day experience (which feels illegal to say about plumbing).
