Wonderful service rendered by Jason for our Navien hot water system. We suffered two days without hot water and when I called the company they immediately attended to the problems. Jason is professional and polite and explained clearly the diagnosis and provided solutions. We are satisfied with the service and will continue using Impetus plumbing for our future needs.
