My experience was great! Alvin and Josh came in, changed the laundry hoses for our washing machine (that was in a very tight space), all in about 30 minutes. They were very respectful and professional. Would definetely recommend.

Was referred to Jason from Impetus by a neighbour. Jason was quick and professional on replies and helped organize an appointment to fit my schedule. Josh and Alvin came to replace washer hoses for my washing machine. Not only were they punctual, both were friendly and courteous. We had the pleasure of being serviced by Josh to remove a stubborn faucet and install a new one. He was courteous, knowledgeable and tidy. The service time was also excellent - an appointment was made and the job was completed all in the same day.
